This Financial Services Company is a privately-held, full-service mortgage banking firm. Licensed to provide residential mortgages across the US, they offer a host of diverse, flexible packages for customers with a variety of backgrounds and needs. Before Prevue, Liz and the team found it tough to keep applications organized.

They used to post jobs on Monster and Indeed, and relied on a generic email address to receive applications. The HR team would check this inbox several times a day to “dig up resumes and forward on as needed”. They would delete applications that weren’t a fit for the position.

By not archiving these, they were missing out on candidates who may have been a perfect fit for future openings. Liz laments that not only did they overlook some great applicants, but it was difficult to search through emails by keyword or priority. For a company with many entry-level positions, it wasn’t unusual to have 400 people apply over the course of three days. The team felt disorganized and needed a better way to communicate with each other as well.

“We have structure!” Liz laughs. “Prevue certainly works for what we need, and has been a great addition to our staffing.” Finally, everyone could have one source, read each other’s notes, and provide the status of an application when asked. The team now streamlines communication with a tool that lets them stay on top of their work.
