Ready for 2021: Prevue’s New Year Plans & Goals
It may not feel like it, but yes – we made it to 2021! Despite 2020 being a year full of strange and unprecedented events, our team here is thankful in many ways to have adapted well to such a time. We had our bumps, we grew, we welcomed new friends, and we made memories. Though there is no way for us to foresee what may happen again this year, we’re all looking ahead with hope and excitement. With that said, we’d like to take this opportunity to update you on our plans and goals this year.
1. Our customers will stay as our number one priority.
We’d like to think that we’ve done a good job communicating and staying in touch with our clients throughout the last year. If you think otherwise, please reach out to us and we’ll make it up to you! With new members onboard our Sales and Success teams, we expect to see an even closer-knit relationship between our reps and customers. It goes without saying that we’ll continue to provide the same top-notch support.
2. Some of us will be working remotely semi-permanently.
It may have taken some of us a pandemic to appreciate and embrace the possibilities of working remotely, but one thing we know for sure is that work-from-home is here to stay. We took the opportunity to learn what motivates our employees and in what environment they work best at. Being apart didn’t mean we were disconnected. As a result, we have decided to operate with both an office and remote team semi-permanently moving forward.
3. We’ll be simplifying the way we operate.
As a software company ourselves, we strongly believe in the benefits digital tools can bring to any business process. In our case, we offer solutions that help you hire better and faster. We applied the same mindset to some of our operations, mainly sales and marketing, and are in the stages of transitioning to a new and streamlined internal platform. The goal is to create an effective user experience for our own employees.
4. A Prevue Getaway Trip 2.0.
I’m sure many of us have been itching to go somewhere that isn’t just the grocery store. Right before the pandemic spread last March, the entire team at Prevue had the chance to travel to Cabo, Mexico together as a celebration of a successful 2019. When things begin to return to normal, we would love to treat our team again to a relaxing vacation. For us, it was absolutely clear to us that we were only able to pull through as a business at a time of uncertainty all thanks to each of our dedicated team members.
2020 has definitely made us realize that we’re not just a company of working individuals, but a group of friends and even family. Our gratitude towards our customers, partners, and our very own team will be the driving force for a successful 2021 and beyond. As always, we are excited to see what’s ahead and we also can’t wait to share with you what we may have in store for you this year. Make sure to keep an eye out!
